Go paperless and get your statements online

Paperless account statements are a convenient, secure and sustainable way to get your financial information. PDF versions of your statements are securely stored, allowing you to easily view or download up to two years of your statements and other documents in digital banking at any time. If you are looking for a more practical and eco-friendly approach to tracking your finances, opting in for paperless statements is an easy choice.

Every Peak member has access to paperless documents, but members with Peak High Yield or Cash Back Checking accounts must be opted in to paperless to qualify for rewards.

Email notices

When you opt in to paperless statements you will receive an email each time there is a new notice, statement, or letter available. Some notices will still be sent by mail if required by law. To be sure you receive notices, keep your email information current in your profile settings or contact us if you need to update.
