The Deposit Agreement and Disclosure has been renamed Consumer Membership and Account Agreement and now includes the following disclosures:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Services Disclosure and Agreement (Regulation E)
  • Funds Availability Schedule (Regulation CC)
  • Funds Transfer Agreement and Notice (Regulation J)
  • Privacy Policy
  • Online Access Agreement and Disclosure.

The disclosures now included in the Consumer Membership and Account Agreement are no longer available as individual disclosures.
