Setting up a direct deposit
To set up direct deposit to your Peak account, will need your checking or savings account number (9 to 14 digits) and Peak’s routing number: 325181015.
Learn where to find your account number here.
Do not use your 5- or 6-digit member number. A member number is assigned to a group of checking, savings and loan accounts shared by the same owners. An account number is assigned to an individual checking, savings or loan, and is used to instruct the other institutions where to deposit your money.
Examples of direct deposits include your paycheck, unemployment benefits, tax returns, social security payments, or other government benefits.
Once your information is gathered, you need to reach the organization depositing the money to provide them your account information. For example:
-
To receive your paycheck as a direct deposit, reach your employer's HR department.
-
To receive social security payments, visit https://www.ssa.gov/ and access their "my Social Security" portal.
- To receive your tax refund, follow the instructions from your tax preparation software.
TIP: If you file taxes jointly, you must have a joint account with both names or the deposit may be returned.
