Wire Transfers
Learn about Peak Credit Union's domestic and international wire transfer services, including deadlines, processing times, and instructions for sending and receiving funds securely.
Outgoing Wire Transfers
Peak Credit Union processes outgoing wire transfers on the same business day if received by:
- Phone (domestic only): before 1:00 PM (PT)
- Branch (domestic): before 2:00 PM (PT)
- Branch (international): before 1:00 PM (PT)
Note: International wires are not accepted by phone.
To send a wire, contact the receiving financial institution for their wire instructions. Incorrect instructions may result in the wire being returned, and an incoming wire fee may apply.
Transfer Timing
- Domestic wires typically arrive within 12 to 72 hours, depending on request time, holidays, location, and routing complexity.
- International wires may take longer due to additional correspondent banks, time zone differences, and country-specific regulations. Delivery times vary by destination.
Incoming Wire Transfers
Incoming wires are posted as received from the initiating financial institution.
Use the following instructions for both domestic and international incoming wires:
