What Documents Do I Need to Provide for My Mortgage Application?

Once you submit your mortgage application, a loan officer will review your information and reach out to guide you through the next steps. You’ll also be asked to provide supporting documents to help move your application forward.

To keep your application moving forward, please prepare the following documents:

Required Documents:

  • Paystubs covering the most recent 30-day period
  • Bank/Asset Statements for the most recent two months (include all pages)
  • W-2 Forms from the last two years
  • Current Mortgage Statement (if applicable)
  • Homeowner’s Insurance Declarations Page (if applicable)

Additional Documentation:

Further documentation may be requested after your loan officer reviews your application and initial documents.
