Update digital payments with My Card Swap
Easily update your payment information for multiple digital services in one place using My Card Swap in Digital Banking
Updating digital payments is now easier than ever. When you get a replacement credit or debit card, logging into every single digital service to update your card information can be time-consuming and frustrating.
My Card Swap simplifies the process by letting you update all your payment information for your digital services and apps in one place—Peak Credit Union Digital Banking!
You can link your Peak Credit Union debit or credit cards to services like Netflix, Spotify, Target, Amazon, and more. Signing up is easy and free for members with a Peak Credit Union debit or credit card.
Note: My Card Swap does not support cards from other financial institutions.
How to get started with My Card Swap
- Log in to Digital Banking or the mobile app.
- Select Menu > Services > My Card Swap.
- The first time you use it, you’ll see a welcome page. Click or tap Get Started and accept the Terms of Service if prompted.
- Select the accounts you use. You can also search for a merchant or app by name. Once you’ve selected all the services, click or tap Next Step.
- Link your card by entering your card number, expiration date, CVV, name on the card, and ZIP code, then click or tap Add Card.
- Once the card is verified, log in to the accounts you attached to the card. Enter your username and password for each service, then click or tap Finish. (You may be asked for a security verification code.)
My Card Swap will verify and update your payment information with the vendors automatically. You only need to enter login information during the initial setup. We do not save your username or password information.
Updating your payment information using My Card Swap
When it’s time to update your card information:
- Go to the My Card Swap dashboard.
- The dashboard will show all your linked cards and which services are linked to each card.
- Click or tap the service you want to update. You’ll see three options:
- Swap: Add a card or update card information.
- Remove: Remove the service (not the card).
- Cancel: Exit the service page.
Notifications for My Card Swap
To enable notifications:
- Go to the dashboard.
- My Card Swap will use the email address or phone number listed in Digital Banking, but you can add another.
- Click or tap the toggle until it turns green to enable notifications, or gray to disable them.
