Secure messages overview
Learn how to access, send, and reply to secure messages in online banking, including attaching files safely.
Messages provide a secure way to communicate with us and are not used to communicate with any outside party. These messages appear in Digital Banking in the Support area on the dashboard menu.
In online banking, you can attach a file to a message. The available file formats are configured by us and may vary.
How to access secure messages
From the dashboard menu of your Digital Banking, click or tap Support > Secure Messages.
How to send a secure message
- Click or tap the pencil icon to begin a New Conversation. The New Conversation window appears.
- Select a Message Recipient, enter a Message Subject, and type your Message.
- (Optional) To include an attachment, click Attach a file. In the Open dialog box, select a file and click Open.
- When your message is complete, click or tap Send Message. Your new message appears on the Conversations page.
How to reply to a secure message
- From the dashboard menu, click or tap Support > Secure Messages.
- Click or tap the message in the Conversations section.
- Click or tap the arrow button to reply.
- When your response is complete, click or tap Send Message.
Each message you send through the message center has its own thread. You can reply to the thread or start a new message.
