How to use digital banking features on your Apple Watch

Learn how to set up and use the Peak Credit Union Apple Watch app to check balances and view transactions

Check your account quickly on your Apple Watch!

The Peak Credit Union app for Apple Watch® allows you to view account balances and transaction history without logging into Digital Banking from another device.

Note: We don’t currently have a smartwatch app for Samsung or other smartwatches.

Get started with the Apple Watch app

Before downloading the Watch app, you’ll need to log into your online banking to enable the watch feature:

  1. Once logged in, select Settings.
  2. Select Apple Watch.
  3. Click or tap the Apple Watch toggle at the top of the page to turn it On.

Once the Watch feature is enabled, download the Watch app by visiting the Watch App Store or accessing the store through your Apple Watch.

After the app finishes downloading, you will be prompted to authorize it on your watch.

How to use the Watch app

You’ll control the Peak Credit Union Watch app using four actions:

  • Press
  • Tap
  • Swipe
  • Pull

When you tap the app from the watch face, you’ll be taken to the home screen of the Peak Credit Union app. The home screen displays up to 10 accounts from your online banking profile in the same order as your iPhone app.

Swipe left or right on the home screen to view different accounts.

How to update balances and transaction history

Account balances do not update automatically. To manually refresh your balances:

  • Press on the account you want to refresh.
  • Choose Refresh or Cancel.

You can view the last 10 transactions for each account on the Watch app. To view transactions:

  • Tap the account you want to view.
  • To refresh transaction history, pull down on the watch face after tapping the account.

Note: Credit card accounts will display card balances on the Watch app but will not display transaction history.
