Accessing Card Management

  1. Log in to Digital Banking through the mobile app or online banking.
  2. Navigate to Card Management, located in the Services dropdown, or in Shortcuts.

      Activate a New Card

When you receive a new debit or credit card, you can activate it directly within Card Management.

      1. Open Card Management.
      2. Select your new card.
      3. Choose Activate Card.
      4. Follow the prompts to complete activation.

Once activated, your card is ready to use for purchases and transactions.

Report on a Card Lost or Stolen

If your card is lost or stolen, you can take immediate action to help protect your account.

              1. Open Card Management.
              2. Select the affected card.
              3. Choose Report Lost or Stolen.
              4. Follow the prompts to confirm your request.

Reporting a card as lost or stolen will prevent further use of the card and initiate the replacement process when applicable.

                      Temporarily Disable Your Card

Misplaced your card? If you think you'll find it, you can temporarily disable it.

                      2. Toggle Card On/Off to disable the card.

While disabled, new purchase attempts will be declined. When you locate your card, simply turn it back on to resume normal use.

                              Ordering a Replacement Card

If your card is damaged, worn, or no longer working properly, you can request a replacement.

                              1. Open Card Management.
                              2. Select your card.
