How to update your contact information

Making sure your contact information is current is important because Digital Banking will use the information you enter to contact you with Secure Access Codes or alerts you set up.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Updating Contact Information

  1. In the Menu bar, select Settings.

  2. Click on Profile.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Choose where you would like to have a Secure Access Code sent.

  5. Update Information

    • You can Edit, Add, or Delete phone numbers, SMS information, and emails.
    • You can add as many numbers or emails as you'd like.
    • Make sure to save your changes.
