How to Set Up eBills in Bill Pay
You can choose to get bills delivered electronically. Commonly known as eBills, these digital bills are often used by utility companies and other service providers.
- Once you are logged into Bill Pay, select the + Payee option on the Bill Pay payments page. You can also click on the Payees tab to add a payee.
- After you’ve added the payee, navigate to the Biller connect section on the Bill Pay payments page and select the newly added payee. If the payee participates in eBills, the payee will display under the "Biller connect" section.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect and complete the eBill process.
It may take 1 to 2 weeks for new eBills to appear in your Bill Pay account.
