How to Set up Bill Pay Alerts

Stay on top of everything Bill Pay-related! Choose from more than a dozen types of alerts and customize how you want to receive them.

  1. Once you’ve logged into Bill Pay, select the My account in the upper menu bar.
  2. Under the Notifications, select View alerts. You’ll see a page with a list of all the different notifications that you can choose to receive. Choose whether you want to receive an alert via email, SMS mobile message, or both by checking the boxes located to the left of each alert.
  3. Choose the type of alerts you want to receive. Alerts you can choose from include “Each time a recurring payment processes” and “When you receive a new eBill”.
  4. Click Update to update your alerts.
