How to Pay Your PSE Bill with a Peak Debit Card

Having trouble paying your Puget Sound Energy (PSE) bill with your Peak debit card? Follow the steps below to process your payment using the Visa network.

Why Isn't My Peak Debit Card Working?

PSE processes debit card payments using the Star, Pulse, Accel, and NYCE networks. Peak debit cards are not affiliated with these networks.

You can still use your Peak debit card by processing the payment through the Visa network instead.

How to Pay with Your Peak Debit Card

When making your payment through PSE:

  1. Select Credit Card as your payment method.
  2. Enter your Peak debit card information.
  3. Skip the Pay from network below option.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select Choose a different network.
  5. Select Visa.
  6. Follow the remaining prompts to complete your payment.

Your Peak debit card can then be processed through the Visa network.
