Computer requirements
- Apply all available browser updates for improved security.
- Ensure your computer has antivirus and spyware protection.
- Use an internet connection with a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps.
Browser requirements
- Always use the latest version of your browser for the most secure experience.
- Browser support is subject to change without notice, so enable automatic updates.
Note:
- Compatibility mode and document mode settings in browsers are not supported. If enabled, an “Unsupported Browser” page will appear.
- Any browser not listed below should be considered unsupported.
Supported desktop browsers
- Microsoft Edge (current and previous two major versions)
- Mozilla Firefox (current and previous two major versions)
- Google Chrome (current and previous two major versions)
- Apple Safari (current and previous two major versions)
Supported mobile devices
- iOS: Version 17 and newer
- Android: Version 13 and newer
(Older Android versions, especially before v6.0, are no longer supported.)

Additional notes
- Devices without Location Services or native mapping apps do not support branch/ATM location functionality.
- If you try to log in with an unsupported browser, you may be redirected to a compatible version or prompted to download a supported browser.
