Forgot Your Username or Password (Account Recovery)

Recover Your Username

If you’ve forgotten your username, follow these steps:

1. From the login screen, select Login Assistance (bottom right).
2. Choose Forgot Username.
3. Enter the required information:
   • Member Number
   • Last Name
   • First Name
   • Date of Birth
   • SSN
   • ZIP Code
4. Select a delivery method (must be on file in online banking).
5. Enter the email or phone number to receive your username.
6. When you see the Login Retrieval Success pop-up, click Go to Login.

Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:

1. From the login screen, select Forgot your password?
2. Enter your Login ID or Username.
3. Choose a delivery method to receive your temporary access code.
4. Enter the secure access code.
5. Create and confirm your new password.

Password Requirements

• 8–15 characters
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 uppercase letter
• Cannot be the same as the last 5 passwords
• Cannot be the same as the current password
