Creating and managing sub users for business accounts
Learn how to create sub users and manage their permissions in Digital Banking for business accounts
How to create a sub user
- Select Commercial.
- Select Users.
- Click Add User.
- Fill out the user information, assign a login ID and password, and click Save.
How to edit sub user permissions
- Under Commercial, click Users to view the list of users.
- Click the pencil icon next to the username you want to edit.
- On the User Details page, click Assign Rights in the bottom corner.
Assigning rights
On the next screen, you’ll see three tabs:
- Transactions: Set transaction limits for the user.
- Features: Enable or disable features for the user.
- Accounts: Choose which accounts the user can view, deposit to, or withdraw from.
Once all selections are made, click Save (top or bottom left corner).
