Business member conversion checklist for Monday, September 15, 2025

Follow this checklist to prepare your business account for the new Digital Banking experience

  • Download the new app for easy mobile access to your accounts. Go to your mobile phone’s app store and search for Peak Credit Union.
  • Ensure all users have their own login credentials (including owners). Shared usernames and passwords may allow users to see each other’s personal accounts.
  • Review sub-user access rights:
    • Log in as the business owner.
    • Go to Commercial > Users.
    • Click the pencil icon next to the username, then click Assign Rights to edit and confirm permissions.
  • Add a sub-user if needed:
    • Go to Commercial > Users.
    • Fill out the user’s information, assign a login ID and password, then click Save.
    • The sub-user will receive an email to complete their setup.
  • Verify external accounts:
    • Go to Preferences > Account Preferences.
    • External transfer accounts are listed at the bottom of the page.
  • Check automatic loan payments or internal transfers:
    • Go to Transactions > Activity Center to review recurring transactions.
